Waterford City River Rescue’s collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, date of birth)
- We require applicants to provide previous experience and qualifications in regards to boating or first aid.
- We ask applicants if they are members of any other organisations.

You directly provide Waterford City River Rescue’s with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Applicants must fill in a complete form with signature and photograph. Forms can be submitted online via email but signatures are completed at Waterford City River Rescue headquarters at 114 Custom House Quay, Waterford in front of secretary or board members.
Waterford City River Rescue may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
- Applicants may contact us via our Facebook page. We do not request personally identifiable information from applicants here.

Marketing
Waterford City River Rescue would like to send you information about fundraising efforts.
- We do not use broadcasting software. We contact previous sponsors and people that have taken part in previous fundraising events.
